In order to apply for Arraigo Laboral in Spain, the following requirements must be met:
- Continuous and uninterrupted residence in Spain for the last two years.
- Lack of criminal record.
- To have worked at least 15 hours per week for one year, or 30 hours per week for more than six months.
Who can apply for Arraigo Laboral in Spain?
- Foreigners who meet the above-mentioned requirements and who are in one of the following situations can apply for the Arraigo Laboral in Spain:
- Employed workers who can prove an employment relationship of at least 15 hours per week for more than 1 year or more than 30 hours per week for more than 6 months.
- Self-employed workers (minimum 6 months).
