Tramita tu Arraigo Laboral in Barcelona
The Labour Arraigo is a residence authorization for Exceptional Circumstances. Only those foreigners who have worked legally in Spain before and are now in an irregular situation can apply for the Labour Arraigo, including those who have been working as self-employed.
In order to apply for the Arraigo Laboral in Spain, the following requirements must be met:
Continuous and uninterrupted residence in Spain over the last two years.
No criminal record.
Have worked at least 15 hours a week for one year, or 30 hours a week for more than six months.
Who can apply for the Labour Arraigo in Spain?
The Labour Arraigo in Spain may be requested by foreigners who meet the above requirements and who are in one of the following situations:
Employee workers who demonstrate a working relationship of at least 15 hours per week for more than 1 year or more than 30 hours per week for more than 6 months.
Self-employed (minimum for 6 months)
The Labour Arraigo is a way of regularizing foreigners who wish to obtain a residence and work permit. However, it is important to comply with all the requirements laid down by Spanish law and to have the advice of lawyers who are experts in foreign affairs in order to carry out the procedure correctly.
