Time varies according to the type of application. The nationality by residence usually takes between 1 and 2 years from the presentation. The nationality by option can be resolved in 6-12 months. Factors such as the workload of the Civil Registry and the documentation submitted influence the time limits. The social security allows a temporary residence permit to be obtained by attesting to 3 years of continued stay in Spain, a work contract of at least 1 year, and family ties to legal residents or a social integration report. Yeah. The Second Opportunity Act allows individuals and self-employed to cancel debts they cannot pay. The main requirements are: to act in good faith, to have tried an out-of-court payment agreement, and to have debts not exceed EUR 5 million.
