The Family Arraigo is a type of temporary residence permit granted to foreigners who have family ties with Spanish citizens or legal residents in Spain. Requirements

Not to be a citizen of a State of the European Union, the European Economic Area or Switzerland, or family of citizens of these countriesto which the Union citizen system applies.

No criminal record in Spain andformer countries of residencefor offences within the Spanish law.

Not to be prohibited from entering Spain and not to be rejectedin the territorial area of countries with which Spain has signed an agreement to that effect.
